If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Conditions:
– Product must be unused and in original packaging
– Proof of purchase is required

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and verify the returned item.

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
